Document Submission Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern the submission of documents ("Content") to PyrrhicPress.Org ("Website") for publication. By submitting Content to the Website, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.

  1. Content Submission:

    • You, the contributor, hereby grant PyrrhicPress.Org a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to publish, reproduce, distribute, and display the submitted Content on the Website.

  2. Originality and Ownership:

    • You affirm that you are the sole owner of the submitted Content, and it is original, not infringing on the intellectual property rights of others.

  3. Rights Retained by Contributor:

    • While PyrrhicPress.Org has the right to publish the submitted Content, you retain ownership and copyright of the Content.

  4. Editing and Modification:

    • PyrrhicPress.Org reserves the right to edit, modify, or adapt the Content for clarity, style, and formatting purposes without altering the substance of the message.

  5. Publication Standards:

    • Content submitted must adhere to the editorial standards of PyrrhicPress.Org. We reserve the right to reject or remove any Content that violates these standards.

  6. Attribution:

    • PyrrhicPress.Org will provide proper attribution to the contributor for their published Content. The contributor's name and, if provided, a brief bio will be included with the published material.

  7. Non-Commercial Use:

    • The contributor agrees that PyrrhicPress.Org may use the submitted Content for non-commercial purposes, including promotion, marketing, and showcasing expertise.

  8. Exclusivity:

    • The contributor agrees not to submit the same Content to competing publications or platforms for a specified period, as agreed upon by both parties.

  9. Submission Review:

    • PyrrhicPress.Org reserves the right to review, accept, reject, or request revisions to the submitted Content at its discretion.

  10. Indemnification:

    • The contributor agrees to indemnify and hold  PyrrhicPress.Org and any of their subsidiaries harmless from any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from the Content submitted.

  11. Termination of Agreement:

    • Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice. Upon termination, PyrrhicPress.Org will cease using the submitted Content.

  12. Governing Law:

    • These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of New Jersey, USA.

  13. Changes to Terms:

    •  PyrrhicPress.Org reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Contributors will be notified of any changes.

By submitting Content to PyrrhicPress.Org , you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms.
