The Pyrrhic Press 3PO Index and related materials involve a specialized research, assessment, and informational framework.
The 3PO Disclaimer explains the limitations, methodology considerations, interpretive boundaries, and other conditions specifically associated with the 3PO Index and related content.
Intellectual Property and Open Content
Pyrrhic Press distinguishes between proprietary website and brand materials, open scholarly content, and material owned by third parties.
Pyrrhic Press branding, logos, trademarks, service marks, and separately identified proprietary materials remain protected unless expressly stated otherwise.
Scholarly works and other content expressly designated as CC0 are subject to the Creative Commons CC0 1.0 Universal Public Domain Dedication.
CC0 applies only to material for which the applicable rights holder has authority to make the dedication. It does not automatically apply to third party photographs, illustrations, trademarks, logos, personal likenesses, copyrighted excerpts, licensed materials, or other separately protected content.
Third party rights remain with their respective owners.
